We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee delivery and operations. This role blends technical expertise in DevOps, Linux, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with leadership responsibility over a Bangalore-based team, supporting enterprise transformation and digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications & Certifications 

  • 6–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and DevOps roles.
  • Strong experience in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) environments and shell scripting.  
  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible.   
  • Proven leadership experience, managing small to mid-size teams in a global delivery model.  

Technical Skills 

  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) Cloud (AWS), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).  
  • Experience working with Agile/ITIL frameworks; familiarity with ServiceNow preferred.  

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and process optimization. 

Key Responsibilities 


  • Lead a team supporting DevOps and infrastructure services for the European and North American regions.
  • Own end-to-end delivery including incident, change, and problem management for DevOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).  
  • Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform/Ansible, automate deployment pipelines and manage container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).  
  • Oversee Linux system administration, patching, performance tuning, and security configurations.  
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration, release management, and service continuity.  
  • Participate in client-facing discussions and maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance logs.  
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.  
  • Track KPIs and SLAs to ensure adherence to global standards.
