As the founder and chief executive, Mr. Timo Traurig is recognized for his expertise in financial markets, advisory, and regulatory compliance. With over 25 years of international experience as a project manager, business analyst, and auditor, Mr Timo Traurig has successfully led MeJuvante's strategic expansion across Europe and India. His leadership philosophy centers on rapid identification of opportunities, precise analysis, and decisive implementation, enabling clients to achieve their goals efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. 

Ankita Rishabh

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Ankita Rishabh, Co-Founder and Managing Director of MeJuvante Private Limited in India, is a distinguished HR and Operations Management specialist with a strong background in digital operations. Recognized among the top women leaders in HR and a champion of diversity and inclusion, Ankita has over 15 years of cross-industry experience. She has played a pivotal role in establishing MeJuvante’s presence in India, driving operational excellence, and nurturing talent development. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to innovation, resilience in the face of challenges, and a passion for empowering teams to deliver exceptional results.

Timo Traurig

Managing Director, Auditor and Compliance Specialist

Timo Traurig is the Founder and Managing Director of MeJuvante GmbH. Before starting the company, he worked for many years in management consulting on various projects. He has over 20 years of experience as a project manager, business analyst, and auditor, mainly in the financial and banking sector. Since 2005, he has also worked as an auditor, conducting audits in Germany and internationally alongside his consulting work.


Ankita Rishabh

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Ankita is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of MeJuvante Pvt. Ltd., with strong expertise in Human Resources and Operations Management, especially in digital operations. Known for her strategic mindset and dynamic leadership, she drives innovation and process improvement, leading meaningful change across the organization.


Krishnanunni KJ

Cloud Service Delivery Expert 

Krishnanunni leads cloud-native architecture and AI automation strategies to drive scalability, efficiency, and digital transformation. He designs solutions on Azure and AWS, builds CI/CD pipelines, and integrates AI agents for smart workflow automation. He also advises businesses on leveraging LLMs, tools like ChatGPT and Zapier, and custom APIs for modern operations — delivering impact through agile, innovative cloud and AI solutions.  


Adarsh Abraham

Backend Developer

Adarsh is a core member of our product development team, specializing in Python-based backend systems. With a strong foundation in backend architecture and API development, he plays a key role in building and optimizing the technology behind our products. Adarsh also brings hands-on experience in data science and AI-driven applications, making him an asset for projects that require intelligent, data-backed solutions. His analytical mindset and problem-solving skills contribute significantly to creating scalable, high-performance platforms.


Jidhin Sankar
