Lead the design, architecture, and technical direction for ServiceNow solutions focused on procurement. Provide strategic leadership to technical teams, ensure platform best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant procurement workflows.   

Qualifications & Certifications 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, IT, or related field. 
  • 5–7 years of ServiceNow development experience; 2–3 years in architectural roles. 
  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM, HRSD, or CSM), CTA (preferred). 

Technical Skills 

  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, especially procurement modules. 
  • Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. 
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and relational databases (CMDB structures). 
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. 

Soft Skills 

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and process optimization. 

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the design, architecture, and technical direction for ServiceNow solutions focused on procurement. Provide strategic leadership to technical teams, ensure platform best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant procurement workflows. 
  • Guide and mentor development teams, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. 
  • Oversee integration of ServiceNow with ERP, finance, and vendor management systems (using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub). 
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and architectural standards. 
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and represent the team in client meetings to drive solution adoption. 
  • Continuously optimize platform performance and user experience.
