ISTQB Trainer (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking an experienced and certified ISTQB Trainer (m/f/d) to join our team and deliver high-quality training sessions at both Foundation and Advanced levels. This role involves designing engaging course content, staying up to date with industry trends, and guiding participants through their certification journey.
Qualification & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs and materials
- At least 5 years of practical experience in software testing and software engineering
Technical Skills
- ISTQB Certified Tester at Foundation Level is mandatory; Advanced Level or higher certifications are highly desirable
- Proven experience as an ISTQB Trainer or similar role, with a track record of successful training deliver.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
Soft Skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs and materials
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver ISTQB Foundation and Advanced Level training courses, both in person and online.
- Prepare engaging and comprehensive training materials, including presentations, course notes, and practice exams.
- Stay updated with the latest ISTQB syllabus and software testing trends to ensure the training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve training programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and customize courses to meet specific organizational or individual requirements.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops on software testing best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to students preparing for ISTQB certification exams.
- This position may be remote or based at our office, depending on the candidate's location and company needs, quarterly travel to Germany office is required.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones for global training sessions.
