Responsabilidades
- Own planning, steering and control of the ITSM and regulatory sub-project to a formal project-management guideline
- Secure sub-project goals across time, quality and cost
- Prepare management-ready information and decision papers
- Align the new operating model's service-management design with regulatory obligations
- Coordinate with governance, second line of defence and internal audit

Tu perfil
- Multi-year delivery of IT projects in a DORA environment
- Strong grasp of banking information-security regulation: DORA, MaRisk, GDPR and compliance management
- Requirements and change management; project planning and control; test and quality management; rollout and change management
- Confident with Microsoft Project
- German C1 or better plus good business English
Titulación
- 5+ years leading IT-security projects longer than 12 months
- Degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, computer science or business informatics, or equivalent experience
- Project-management certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution, communication and structured methodical working
