DORA Programme Project Manager

Permanent role owning a full DORA implementation programme in a bank: bringing the written order (SfO) into compliance with EU 2022/2554, risk-based and proportionate, with an audit trail that holds.

Responsabilidades

• Own planning, steering and control of the DORA implementation programme to a formal project-management guideline
• Steer, coordinate, monitor and quality-assure all programme measures across workstreams
• Secure compliance, security, audit trail and traceability throughout
• Document and report to internal stakeholders, the second line of defence and internal audit
• Ensure cross-departmental collaboration with business units, other projects and governance functions
• Adapt procedures and control mechanisms to regulatory requirements defined by the second line - risk identification, steering, reporting and documentation duties
• Write and roll out procedures describing processes, roles, responsibilities, controls, monitoring and reporting
• Where a measure is not technically or operationally feasible, produce implementation recommendations for a follow-up programme

Tu perfil

• 5+ years leading IT-security or regulatory projects longer than 12 months
• Proven DORA delivery in a financial institution or bank (mandatory, with references)
• Strong grasp of banking information-security regulation: DORA, MaRisk, BAIT, GDPR
• Requirements and change management; project planning and control; test and quality management; rollout and change management
• Confident with Microsoft Project
• German C1 or better plus good business English

Titulación

• Degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, computer science or business informatics, or equivalent experience
• Project-management certification preferred (PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI)
• Strong conflict resolution, communication and structured methodical working
