Permanent role on payment and settlement platform work, where a migration weekend either goes cleanly or becomes a market incident. You write the functional specifications, build the test and migration strategy, and hold the readiness picture that tells everyone whether go-live is safe.
Responsabilidades
- Draft functional specifications and business and user requirements that developers and testers can both work from
- Build test and migration strategies, then coordinate and run them through each phase to production
- Prepare, run and report on release testing with the participating institutions and service providers
- Support onboarding and migration of new participants onto payment and settlement platforms
- Analyse, compile and manage change requests, including their impact on scope and timeline
- Build and maintain readiness dashboards, dress-rehearsal plans and cutover documentation
- Bring automation, reporting and low-code tooling to work that is otherwise done by hand
- Keep internal and external stakeholders aligned on one version of the plan

Tu perfil
- Business analysis on payments, securities settlement or a comparable financial market infrastructure
- Familiarity with the Eurosystem TARGET Services landscape (T2, T2S, TIPS) or an equivalent large settlement platform
- Test strategy, test management and defect management across multiple test phases
- Data migration planning: reconciliation, dress rehearsals and rollback
- Payment message standards, particularly ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT
- Test automation and reporting tooling, including low-code approaches
- Confident coordinating institutions and service providers you do not manage
Titulación
- 5+ years as a business analyst or test lead in payments, settlement or core banking
- At least one production migration or major release delivered end to end
- ISTQB or a comparable testing certification is an advantage
- Degree in business informatics, economics, computer science or comparable, or equivalent experience
- Fluent business English; German is a strong advantage
