About the role
Permanent PMO role keeping large regulated IT programmes honest: plans that match reality, committees that end in decisions, and an open-points list nobody can hide behind.
Key responsibilities
- Support project and programme management in administrative and content work
- Build and maintain project plans: schedule, budget planning, resource planning
- Raise resource requests in the IT system from resource and time planning; track approvals
- Maintain and chase the open-points list across the project organisation
- Produce regular and event-driven management-ready information
- Prepare, minute and follow up committee meetings
- Run administrative tasks such as resource onboarding and offboarding
- Act as communication interface between IT, business units and the steering committee
- Monitor milestones, dependencies and cost; produce status, progress and management reports

Your profile
- 3+ years relevant experience in application development, an operations unit, IT controlling or PMO
- Meeting initiation, facilitation and result-securing
- Documentation, status creation, plan and open-point-list maintenance, management information
- Milestone, dependency and cost tracking
- Confident with Microsoft Project and digital PM tooling
- German C1 or better
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification - or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further qualification
- Project-management certification an advantage (PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, ITIL v4, SCRUM, SAFe)
- Experience supporting agile projects (e.g. Scrum)
- High personal responsibility in a volatile project environment; strong quality awareness
