Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery: scope, plan, schedule, budget and quality
- Lead cross-functional and cross-border (India/Germany) project teams
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes to resolution
- Own reporting and status up to executive/board level
- Drive DORA, SOX and digital-transformation engagements with AI-backed insight

Your profile
- Banking / financial-sector project delivery
- PRINCE2, SAFe or Agile frameworks; stakeholder management at C-suite level
- Practical AI tooling (CrewAI, n8n, Copilot, Claude)
- German and English fluent
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years project management, ideally in banking or consulting
- PM certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master)
