About the role
A senior security expert who combines traditional IT-security judgment with AI-driven security tooling to protect German banking clients. AI does the heavy lifting on threat detection and scanning — you own strategy, security architecture and what the regulations actually require.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI-augmented security assessments, vulnerability analyses and audits
- Design Zero-Trust security architectures for banking and financial-sector clients
- Run EU AI Act risk classification for client systems and AI models
- Advise on DORA ICT-risk and resilience; own security sign-off
- Operate AI security tooling (Darktrace, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Security Copilot)

Your profile
- Strong IT-security fundamentals: vulnerability management, security architecture
- Hands-on with AI security platforms (Darktrace, CrowdStrike, Sentinel or similar)
- Working knowledge of EU AI Act risk tiers and DORA; Zero-Trust / NIS2 a plus
- German and English, client-facing (German banking sector)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT-security consulting or security architecture
- Security certification preferred (CISSP, CISM, CEH, AWS Security / AZ-500)
- Banking or financial-sector experience strongly preferred
