Two MeJuvante.AI Women Win at the HerRising Awards 2026

Ankita Rishabh takes a Top 3 award. Nisha KM is named in the Top 10 of the Women Starters category.

On 18 September 2026, HerKey announced the winners of the HerRising Awards 2026. Two of the names on the list work at MeJuvante.AI. 🎉

• 🥇 Ankita Rishabh, Director, was named a Top 3 Winner in Women in Management, Finance & Operations.
• ⭐ Nisha KM, Software Engineer in Backend Development, was named a Top 10 Winner in Women Starters.

The awards were decided by an independent jury from a large field of nominees across India, and announced at the HerRising Conference and Awards in Bengaluru.

🔍 Two ends of the same company

Ankita leads MeJuvante.AI's operations, strategy and delivery. Nisha builds and maintains the backend systems — the APIs, data flows and service infrastructure that our client platforms run on.

The roles could hardly be further apart. What they have in common is that both are invisible when done well.

Backend engineering produces nothing to demonstrate. There is no launch moment for a schema that still holds up two years later, and no applause when a queue drains cleanly under load. Operations works the same way in reverse: you notice it when something breaks, never when it does not.

Two people, at opposite ends of the company, recognised on the same afternoon for work that is designed to go unseen. 👏

🌱 Why this is no accident

MeJuvante.AI has built its delivery model on ownership. Across our teams in Germany and India, the person closest to a problem makes the call on it. Decisions are not routed through committees, and accountability sits with named people rather than layers.

That model demands a higher standard from everyone in it. It also develops judgement faster, because nobody else is going to ask the harder question for you — the question about the edge case, the failure path, the thing that has not gone wrong yet.

Two awards on the same day, in two different disciplines, is what that standard looks like from the outside.
