We are currently seeking an experienced and certified ISTQB Trainer (m/f/d) to join our team and deliver high-quality training sessions at both Foundation and Advanced levels. This role involves designing engaging course content, staying up to date with industry trends, and guiding participants through their certification journey.

Qualification & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
Ability to design and implement effective training programs and materials
At least 5 years of practical experience in software testing and software engineering
ISTQB certification (Advanced preferred)
Demonstrated use of AI tools in content creation or training delivery is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

ISTQB Certified Tester at Foundation Level is mandatory; Advanced Level or higher certifications are highly desirable
Proven experience as an ISTQB Trainer or similar role, with a track record of successful training deliver.
Hands-on use of AI content-generation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Canva AI) for course material and assessment design.
Working familiarity with AI-testing tools/concepts (AI-assisted test generation, test automation frameworks, self-healing test tools).
Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.

Soft Skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
Ability to design and implement effective training programs and materials
Ability to critically validate AI-generated content for technical accuracy before publishing.
Mentoring and learner-support skills; strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver ISTQB Foundation and Advanced Level training courses, both in person and online.
AI-assisted test-case generation and automation content blended into ISTQB training, AI-drafted adaptive course material and exam question banks (human-validated before use), AI-assisted analytics for personalized coaching.
Prepare engaging and comprehensive training materials, including presentations, course notes, and practice exams.
Deliver classroom and online ISTQB training, blended with AI-testing modules (AI-assisted test-case generation, test automation, self-healing scripts, LLM-assisted defect triage).
Use AI tools to draft adaptive course content, exercises and case studies; review, correct and align every draft to the current ISTQB syllabus before use.
Design AI-generated adaptive assessments and question banks that adjust to learner level; own the quality gate, no AI-generated exam content goes live unvalidated.
Maintain a blended curriculum combining core ISTQB syllabi (Foundation/Advanced) with emerging AI-testing tools and practices.
Track learner progress via AI-assisted analytics dashboards; personalize coaching and remediation based on the data.
Mentor learners, run doubt-clearing sessions and mock assessments; track progress and outcomes.
Gather learner feedback (AI-assisted survey analysis) and iterate on content and delivery.
Stay updated with the latest ISTQB syllabus and software testing trends to ensure the training content is current and relevant.
