đź§ Why we publish this before the event
Every vendor at a deeptech conference claims capability in every domain on the agenda. It is a rational move and it is useless to the buyer, because a claim that covers everything discriminates nothing.
So we are doing the opposite. Below are the six domains in focus at Future Forge, and for each one an honest label: deliver, integrate, or hold an opinion. One filter runs through all six: can it be run in production, by a named owner, with an audit trail that survives an audit? Everything else is a demo.
âś… 1. AI systems, we deliver
The MeJuvante AI Business Operations Hub was never designed as a laboratory. It ships as the thing you switch on.
• Ready-to-deploy workspaces for Analytics, Risk, Accounting and Legal, standardized with templates and light human input, so a team starts from a working process rather than a blank canvas.
• The OPS Workplace Suite, unifying those domains with automation for accuracy, compliance and cross-department productivity.
• An AI Intranet Chatbot for internal knowledge search, with a customized GPT, workflow support and secure on-premise processing, deployable in a day.
• Talk2Data, turning plain-language questions into real-time analytics.
What we refuse to treat as phase two: every agent we deploy gets an identity, a named owner and an audit trail. That is not bureaucracy, it is the reason a compliance function lets the agent into production at all.
âś… 2. Intelligent infrastructure, we deliver
Cloud foundations and operations across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and IBM Cloud through the MJ Cloud Store, plus managed services with a named operating owner.
The part most infrastructure conversations skip: operability. When it breaks at 02:00, who fixes it, and do they work for you? Ownership without operating capability is a diagram. This is where most stack-ownership claims quietly fail, because the knowledge left with a contractor two years ago.
âś… 3. Scalable platforms, we deliver
noCode AI Coding and Testing for full-stack build, test and automation with zero manual coding, and the MJ Testing Workplace for pay-as-you-go QA backed by ISTQB-certified engineers.
Our working rules for scale: blast radius is a design parameter, not an incident report. Rings derived from the dependency map, with your own tooling in the last ring. Rollbacks rehearsed on real hosts on a schedule, because an unrehearsed rollback is documentation rather than a control. And four instrumented numbers from day one, latency at p95 and p99, error-budget burn, cost per transaction, and time-to-rollback.
🤝 4. Semiconductors, we integrate, we do not fabricate
This is the domain where honesty is more valuable than enthusiasm. We are not a silicon company. We do not design chips and we do not run fabs, and any vendor telling you otherwise on a conference floor should be asked for a tape-out date.
Where we do add value is the layer above the fab:
• Data platforms for fab, test and yield telemetry, lake house patterns, change data capture, zero-copy sharing.
• IoT and manufacturing pipelines where shop-floor telemetry is genuinely real-time rather than nearly real-time.
• Supply-chain and compliance data flows, which in this sector are export-control and traceability problems as much as analytics problems.
âś… 5. Security and digital sovereignty, we deliver
Our clients sit in banking, insurance, healthcare and life sciences. For them, data residency and control are not preferences.
Four patterns go into every regulated build we ship:
• A data perimeter, a design artefact, not a policy PDF.
• Tokenization of sensitive data before the model processes it.
• Governed access that is purpose-bound, time-limited, revocable and auditable.
• A kill switch that severs access cryptographically or through identity controls, and that we insist you test rather than document.
The European lesson transfers directly to the Indian conversation: sovereignty was not achieved by rejecting global technology. It was achieved by insisting on a control boundary inside it. That is a far more achievable model than digital self-sufficiency.
đź§ 6. Emerging technologies, we hold a position
Our bias here is deliberately unfashionable: reach before sophistication.
One number keeps proving itself across enterprise research and our own projects: teams lose 30 to 40 percent of their time searching for internal information. Before an organisation builds an autonomous agent estate, internal knowledge search and conversational analytics almost always deliver a faster and more measurable return.
So we sequence in this order: put the tools people touch daily into production first, instrument them, then automate the decisions behind them. It is less impressive in a board deck. It reaches production considerably more often.
📊 The scorecard
Three of six we deliver end-to-end. One we integrate, at the layer above the silicon. Two we hold a strong, testable opinion on. We think that is a more useful basis for a conversation than a slide claiming all six.
